Save the Date! Rural Telehealth and Advanced Technologies Conference Scheduled for September 14
The focus of this year’s conference will be 2012 Updates for Healthcare Providers. The purpose of this event is for conference attendees to have the opportunity to engage in educational sessions and dialogue with subject matter experts regarding obstacles and challenges to healthcare in rural practice settings. Information will be disseminated on current legislation, research, treatments, and technology for the management of chronic illnesses in rural areas.
Audience: The conference will provide information, and the possibility of earning continuing education units (CEUs), to:
- primary care providers, especially those located in rural and underserved areas
- multi-disciplinary teams of clinical educators and clinicians
- academic professionals and administrative personnel working in the healthcare field
