The Blair County Chamber of Commerce conducted a Healthcare Insurance Seminar Series on September 24, 2008, at the Penn State Altoona Devorris Downtown Conference Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Misty Kagarise, Saint Francis University’s CERMUSA Faculty Coordinator – Navy Independent Duty Corpsmen Project, was a guest speaker during Session I:  The Impact of Environment and Lifestyle on Healthcare Insurance Rates. Ms. Kagarise will be speaking on Identifying and Addressing the Cost Drivers of Healthcare. This program was the first in The Chamber’s four-part education series on Healthcare Insurance.
